ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE
We are completely are of the social responsibilities and a significant move in this direction is the ZERO DISCHARGE dyeing plant initiative. We are the 1st company in Tirpur to have setup such a plant.
For the 1st time in the history of textile effluent, the company is recovering the salt that is being used in the process and recycling. This not only eliminates the pollution but also improves the quality of dyeing by reusing the pure water from R.O. System and using the pure Sodium Sulphate from the crystallizer.
The ‘Zero Discharge’ system of recycling pure water to the process will result in reduced rejections which will also facilitate envisaged implementation of the disciplined international quality improvement system called ‘SIX ZIGMA’ in the organization. The ‘Zero Discharge’ system which has effected the recycling of pure water to the process will help the organization to attain ‘SUSTAINABILITY’ – the enlarged mission of quality – the watchword for the 21st century – for meeting the needs of not only customers but of the COMMUNITY and ENVIRONMENT too.
Roha Fashion for Refugees
Tamil Nadu Government and NGOs are helping the refugees for many years. Even though some camp people are not satisfied with this help. They face many problems socially, economically and psychologically. Their prolonged stay in the camps for more than 30 years and no way of rehabilitation made them depressed. They expect some more political help from government either to repatriate or make them Indian citizens.
Roha Fashion is dedicated to help the refugees by providing them with a source of employment. Our aim is to advance and upgrade the monetary status of ladies and youngsters who comprise the more vulnerable part of the refugees. We focus on empowering them to be independent and self-sufficient. They are undoubtedly an important part of the Roha Fashion’s family.
